Long-tailed largescale blackfish Fever -Shift Change to a better size- Part One Kota Irie

In October, Nagasaki Prefecture's big event "Nagasaki Kunchi" is held grandly, and with that, autumn has arrived!Temperatures in the mornings and evenings have dropped rapidly, making us look forward to the fishing season.

Meanwhile, a work-related acquaintance asked me to teach him how to make a groundbait using Hirokyu's newly released Bakutobi Master Gure, and he invited me to Takashima Tobishima Rock Fishing Park, so I went along and did some actual fishing.

Takashima Tobishima Rock Fishing Park is a fishing park located in the southern waters of Nagasaki where the tides are good and large fish migrate throughout the year.It has been popular since its opening and is loved by everyone from beginners to veterans. However, the fishing platform (fishing spot) is susceptible to the effects of typhoons and has been repaired many times, and the fishing spot on the north side, which was damaged in last year's typhoon, was closed to the public due to renovation work, but it has now been restored and is completely covered. Fishing is OK.

At 6:10 a.m., I took a regular boat from Iojima, took the island bus, and get off at Fishing Park. From there, it was a long walk to get to the fishing spot, which took about 5 minutes at a quick pace, but we arrived at a fishing platform where we could catch large fish.I got a lot of exercise in the morning and was out of breath.I suppressed my desire to fish as soon as possible and started making the groundbait.

My colleague, Mr. Yamashita, who invited me this time, is a regular at this fishing park and is a reliable friend who tells me what is currently being caught and what has started to be caught. He was looking forward to the release of the new Bakutobi Master Gure product, but he always failed because the finish was soft or crumbly. So I gave a lecture based on the method I usually make and the blended ingredients.

First of all, it is desirable to use at least two blocks of krill per bag of Bakutobi Master Gure, crush one block into small pieces and mix it well. After that, add more krill and mix while adjusting the moisture to soften the mixture. However, I often hear that this amount of water is difficult.Personally, I find that two and a half blocks of krill per bag is the best match. When adjusting the softness with seawater, Hyper Gure Z is a must-have item in case you fail adjusting the moisture content. It is a must-have item that I always bring with me.On this day, I completed a groundbait based on Bakutobi Master Gure, which was activated with Gure SP and had a cohesive look with Gure Z.My friend was impressed with the finished groundbait's good control and excellent long-distance casting ability.Since it is early in the season and the seawater temperature is still high, I assumed that it would be a battle against bait eaters, so I chose nama Iki-kun SP as a base bait, as well as semi-boiled, meat, crystal hard, and krill from the meccha-kuu series.

When I started fishing, I put the groundbait firmly beneath my feet and watched the situation, and a lot of bait eaters such as anchovies, horse mackerel, barface cardinalfish, and small sized fish arrived.I could see a good type of largescale blackfish among them, but first I put the rig at the end of the tide line and watched.I guess the groundbait beneath my feet got on the current and started working offshore, and a small skipjack tuna started hitting.Following this, large needlefish, which are the most troublesome bait takers and are common in late summer, also hit. Now, in this situation, it would be difficult to develop in the areas that we usually target, but this is where Bakutobi Master Gure's true potential was demonstrated.Mr. Yamashita became impatient with the amount of bait being caught in the foreground, so he changed to a long-distance fishing method. He threw the float as far as he could, and directly covered it with chum.He was surprised by the pinpoint long-distance throwability and good control, and said that it felt so good that he thought, ``Maybe I should start playing golf." The offshore strategy seems to have been a great success, and just as I thought I got a largescale blackfish over 40 cm, I got successive hits of the same size!Mr. Yamashita caught the pattern and was comfortably bending the rod.

As the day progresses, the tide picks up speed, and if you drift offshore, you'll be able to catch large red sea bream. All of the anglers on the fishing platform must have felt this atmosphere, as they all fished in the tide.As expected, the lively tide is still alive and well, with hits everywhere. However, it seemed that the fish was too big or too strong, no one was able to catch it.Meanwhile, today's big fisher showed up.When I was aiming for my target using the line with an open veil in the tide simmilarly, his line made a great crackling sound and the fish hit! After looking at the surrounding situation, he changed the trace from No. 1.75 to No. 2, so he narrowed down his rod with confidence and started fighting! The prey often made a sharp rush. However, he didn't rush and let it float slowly, and what emerged was a beautiful long-tailed largescale blackfish. It resisted several times after being floated, as a final resistance but it didn't work and it ended up safely in the tether net I offered it.Of course he was happy to see this fish, but I was also very excited as I was watching it next to him.I was very proud of the waters of Nagasaki where we could catch such wonderful fish at easily accessible fishing spots.

"It's just a bait, but it's a bait." The quality of the bait you throw can make all the difference in your fishing results.Especially large targets will not approach if there are people on the shore. What becomes important here is the long-distance fishing method. The Bakutobi Master Gure released this time was developed based on the voices and requests of such anglers. Why not give it a try and experience conquering unknown territory?
