In order to develop an employment environment where employees can demonstrate their abilities, balance work and life, and create a comfortable working environment, we will formulate the following action plan.

  • From August 6, we will grasp the actual situation regarding the acquisition of annual paid leave.
  • November 6: Discussions begin at the internal review committee
  • March 7 ~ Implementation of managerial training for planned acquisition
  • May 7: Start of efforts to promote paid leave acquisition by posting paid leave acquisition schedules and compiling acquisition status.
