"Kitaura Fishing" shun
Location: Kitaura (Shibae)
Date and time: 1 31 (7:00-14:00)
Mid-tide high tide 07:17 to low tide 12:29
This time we took the ferry "Fu" to Kitaura in Miyazaki.

The rapids I descended into were called "Shibae"
At high tide, there is a possibility of being hit by waves, so I placed my luggage on a stepladder.
The tide flowed well and there seemed to be a lot of fish.
The four of us went to the reef, and I set up my fishing spot in the middle of the shallows and started fishing.

The ground bait used was "G-MAX" and "Gure Z." It has a light specific gravity and sinks slowly in a slope. It holds together well, so it can be cast far.
This is a blend that you can't go wrong with when fishing in an area you've never been to before.
For the attached bait
"Namaikikun for PRO" L size
My favorite and trusted bait, it has a strong raw feel and bites well.

Rig, main line 1.5, leader 1.5, float 0 Shibu → 00, full lure, grey hook 6 → 5
There is a rising tide offshore flowing towards Fukashima.
It looked like a good tide to catch fish, but even though I cast my tackle directly, I couldn't get any bites...
I decided to aim for the ebb tide at my feet, and discovered the undercurrent that occurs when the current joins the main stream! The float that had been hovering suddenly slid in, so I concentrated on keeping the line taut...and then I got a bite!
Finally, I caught a 30cm greenfish. I added two more good-sized ones using the same method.
After that, we took turns going to ②
In ②, the main stream brushes past your feet. When the fish are active, they seem to be feeding in the shallows of the main stream.
With the inward-facing bait (1), I let it drift with the current flowing towards Oita, and perhaps it was the effect of the sinking current? As expected, when I caught the submerged current, the fish were biting at a depth of about one rod.
This time's hit pattern is
Most of the time they would bite when they caught the submerged tide.
It was almost my first time in this area
I enjoyed catching a few fish.
