Shikimi Shirase's rainy season sea bream Murakawa

On June 27th, I went fishing for rainy season sea bream with Shikimi Isokaze. I got off the midday champon boat at Shirase.

Based on prior information that there were many bait stealers, I prepared a half-day's worth of blended bait: 1 bag of Great Gure, 1/2 bag of Bakubi, 1/2 bag of GMAX, and 2 blocks of krill.

When I scattered chum at my feet, lots of small sea bream and small sea bass swarmed around. When I fished near my feet, I caught small longtail sea bass with every cast. When I fished along the line where bait stealers were just about to appear, I caught fish over 30 centimeters. This time, I lightly mixed the bait mixture, but it allowed me to control it, separating the bait stealers from the fish, and I was also able to cast it precisely offshore, so I was able to enjoy catching many fish of the same size.

Also, when I cast far out into the sea and let it sink, I got a sharp bite that woke the fish up, and I was able to catch a beautiful sea bream over 40cm. I used the Namaiki-kun for PRO bait, and it didn't come off even when I cast it far out, and the fish took the bait exceptionally well.

I took home only the amount of fish I would eat, enjoyed some rainy season sea bream, and headed home.
