Kyushu Magurekai, Greenfish Fishing Branch Competition Kawashima

九州真ぐれ会、グレ釣り支部対抗戦 川島

We were assisted by Captain Ryusei Shibahara of Oseto, Saikai City, in the Kyushu Magurekai, Greenfish Fishing Branch Competition.

The first time we went up the rapids was south of Tsunose. My passenger was Honda-kun from Kitakyushu, a Hirokyu product enthusiast.

I won rock-paper-scissors and was at the forefront of the rising tide.

The chum are 2 blocks of Hirokyu's krilland a mixture of one bag each of G MAX, GREAT GURE, and Grezero.

I attached a Namaiki-kun PRO M to the hook and on the first cast I caught a grunt. Maybe it's because the water temperature is high this year, but I've been catching a lot of grunt wherever I go.

By changing the point of entry and using the Kizakura GTR M00 all-layer rig, the bait rotation worked well, resulting in a series of bites that made the line run, and I caught 10 black sea bream up to 40cm in length.

The belly is full of milt and eggs, of the tall greenfish, had a strong pull,It was a fun exchange.

The fish that responded to my big last cast of chum was a 47cm black porgy.

It's time to switch from greenfish fishing to black porgy fishing.

Even so, I enjoyed both the number and shape of fish nearby. It's an area with great potential!
