Fishing for late rainy season largescale blackfish and early summer black porgy Hanadou

On July 6th we went to Funama in Kimotsuki Town, Kagoshima Prefecture to fish for rainy season largescale blackfish.
We set sail at 5am and, taking into account the heat, set the recovery time at 11am.
We mixed G-MAX, a blend of Bakuto Master Greyfish, and one corner (1kg) of raw krill into the blend.
By the time I was ready I was drenched in sweat and my body felt like it was about to melt like ice cream.
As for the reaction of the largescale blackfish, there were some small ones popping up in the bait at my feet and they seemed to be in good spirits, but my mission today was to see if I could get the bigger ones.
I tried using bait at my feet to lure the small fish out to sea, about 5m offshore, 10m, 15m... trying to find a distance where they wouldn't bite, but no matter where I cast, I was defeated by their onslaught.
I thought it would end like this, but the tide started to move in a good direction towards the end.
As I concentrated on letting the bait flow, the float was sucked into the sea with great force and I got a bite, but the strong pull and speed caused the reel to let out the line several times, causing the line to break.
So I decided to try re-tying the line from 1.75 to 2.5.
After a while, I got a bite and pulled vigorously, but it wasn't as heavy as the fish I had lost. Finally, I caught a 39cm long largescale blackfish.
Although it was only for a short time, I was able to encounter some late rainy season largescale blackfish.
On July 7th, I went to Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture to go fishing for early summer black porgy.
I mixed the black porgy blend materials Bottom Attack Zudon, Black porgy Smoke Screen, and Mugi Kurodai with 1.5kg of Kizamikko.
In the beginning, the upper tide was slowing down and the tide was not moving from the middle to bottom layers, so we were unable to catch any bites from the black porgy.
As this was happening, the tide started to rise and I started getting bites.
The Triple Zero float also blends in well with the bottom current.
The tide line was far away so long cast was necessary, but the bait flew well to the tide line at around 30 to 40 meters away and I was able to hold the black porgy at bay.
Although the size was disappointing, we still had fun catching a lot of fish.
The bait for this day was Nama Iki-kun Mukimi, which was perfect.
The bait is well held and the flesh is firm, so it bites well. Highly recommended!
